Leadership Academy

Our IYM Leadership Academy offers formation, training, and community for any youth, teen, or young adult that wants to pursue learning pastoral leadership and deepen their faith life through the four pillars of ministry: service, worship, faith formation, and social. 

IYM Leadership Academy offers four programs: 
Leader-in-Training: 8th Grade 
Discipleship Learning: 9th and 10th Grade
Peer Ministry: 11th and 12th Grade 
Youth Minister Formation: Training and Accompaniment for Youth Ministers 

At the end of each program, teens who successfully fulfills all the requirements and complete the program will receive a certificate from the parish. Youth are able to put this program on their resume and ask the program director for a reference for a college or job application.
